Systems Administrator:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team!
Our client is looking for someone to provide support to their datacenter infrastructure and operating systems. You'll implement and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure as well as monitoring infrastructure to ensure security and performance of the environment. You would also be apart of helping them move to the cloud in the future!
Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain server infrastructure, data infrastructure, enterprise monitoring, domain architecture and messaging platforms
• Serve as an escalation point to the Help Desk team
• Participate in disaster recovery plans

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in systems/infrastructure support 
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Server Hardware, Networking and VOIP
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, M365, Exchange, MS Teams and Active Directory 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ITIL Certification
• Previous LBM, retail or multi-unit industry professional experience
